Lantern Advisory Group (“Lantern,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and retain personal information submitted through lanternadvisorygroup.com (the “Website”).

01Information We Collect

We collect information that you voluntarily provide through the Website’s contact form or when you communicate with us directly. Depending on the information you choose to provide, this may include:

  • Your name
  • Your email address
  • Your telephone number, if requested or provided
  • Your company or organization, if requested or provided
  • The subject and contents of your inquiry
  • Any other information you choose to include in your message

When you submit the contact form, limited technical information associated with that submission may be available from the hosting provider’s request headers, including your IP address (if available) and browser user agent (if available). When present, that information may be included with the inquiry delivered to Lantern for operational security and abuse prevention. It is not used for advertising or behavioral tracking.

Please do not submit passwords, authentication codes, financial account credentials, cryptocurrency wallet seed phrases, government identification numbers, medical information, or other highly sensitive information through the Website contact form.

02How We Use Information

We may use information submitted through the Website to:

  • Respond to your inquiry

  • Evaluate whether Lantern may be able to assist you
  • Maintain records of business communications
  • Protect the Website and our communications from misuse, fraud, or security threats
  • Comply with applicable legal obligations
  • Establish, exercise, or defend legal claims

Submitting an inquiry does not obligate you to retain Lantern and does not create an advisor-client, attorney-client, fiduciary, or other professional relationship. Any advisory engagement must be established through a separate written agreement.

03How We Disclose Information

We do not sell or rent personal information.

We may disclose personal information:

  • To service providers that support the operation of the Website, email delivery, hosting, or business communications
  • When reasonably necessary to comply with law, regulation, legal process, or a valid governmental request
  • When reasonably necessary to protect the rights, property, security, or safety of Lantern, our clients, Website users, or others
  • In connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar business transaction
  • With your direction or consent

Our service providers may process information only as necessary to provide services to us and are subject to their own contractual and legal obligations.

04Email and Contact-Form Delivery

Information submitted through the Website contact form is transmitted through third-party infrastructure used to host the Website and deliver the submission to Lantern’s business email system. Email delivery is currently handled by Resend. Website hosting is currently provided by Vercel.

Email and internet communications are not guaranteed to be completely secure. Please use the contact form only for an initial inquiry. If sensitive information is needed for an engagement, Lantern will provide separate instructions for an appropriate method of exchange.

05Data Retention

We retain inquiry information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to the inquiry, consider or provide requested services, maintain appropriate business records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect our legal rights.

We may delete information when it is no longer reasonably needed for those purposes.

06Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.

No website, email system, transmission method, or electronic storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Accordingly, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of information submitted through the Website.

07Your Choices and Requests

You may contact us to:

  • Ask what personal information you have submitted to us
  • Request correction of inaccurate information
  • Request deletion of information, subject to applicable legal, contractual, recordkeeping, and security requirements
  • Ask questions about how your information is handled

We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. We may also retain information when reasonably necessary or legally permitted, including for recordkeeping, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.

The Website and Lantern’s services are intended for adults and organizations and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly solicit personal information from children under 13 through the Website.

If you believe a child has submitted personal information to us, please contact us so that we can review and, where appropriate, delete it.

09Third-Party Websites

The Website may contain links to websites operated by third parties. Lantern is not responsible for the privacy, security, or content practices of those third-party websites. Their handling of information is governed by their own policies.
